NOTRE ÉCOLE
IUGB opened in January 2005 with 13 students and was formally established as an accredited institution of higher education in Cote d’Ivoire in May 2007. The University’s mission is to provide internationally recognized higher education through technology-enhanced English medium instruction in fields critical to regional development, international success, and life-long learning.
IUGB has locations in both Abidjan and Grand-Bassam. Abidjan is the major commercial capital of the country and is linked to all major transportation facilities. The distance from Abidjan to Grand-Bassam is about 20 miles. Approaching Grand-Bassam from Abidjan traveling southeast, the Residence Hall is the first building one sees at the current campus on the left side of the road.
